Marking the Close of 2025 and Kicking Off transcosmos Vietnam’s Journey into 2026

On January 16, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, transcosmos Vietnam (TCV) successfully hosted the Year End Party 2025 under the theme Tết-Stival  “From Heroic Gallop to Greater Glory”. The event gathered nearly 1,000 employees and guests, marking the opening of transcosmos Vietnam’s Year End Party 2025 series across the Company, offering an opportunity to reflect on the past year while renewing energy and motivation for the journey ahead in 2026.

Tết-Stival - Where Tradition and Modernity Move Forward Together

Amid the festive atmosphere of the year’s final days, Year End Party 2025 was designed as a space where traditional Tết values harmonized with a contemporary festival spirit. The image of the Fire Horse (Bính Ngọ) was chosen as the central symbol throughout the program, representing resilience, determination, and an unwavering drive toward progress.

While the horse imagery drawn from traditional folk art evokes the spirit of “Mã đáo thành công” a symbol of success and good fortune the modern digital elements reflected the distinctive identity of transcosmos Vietnam. Here, cultural values serve as a foundation, while technology acts as a catalyst, enabling the organization to adapt and thrive in the digital era.

More than a festive theme, Tết-Stival told the story of TCV’s continuous breakthroughs throughout 2025 and opened the door to new aspirations for an even more ambitious 2026.

Inspired by the rhythm of the four seasons, the Year End Party portrayed a full year of work in all its dimensions from hopeful beginnings and periods of perseverance through challenges, to proud achievements and warm moments of year-end togetherness.

This reflection also captured TCV’s 2025 journey a year defined by adaptability, sustained effort, and a strong sense of companionship among individuals and teams across the organization. The achievements of the past year were not merely measured by numbers or outcomes, but served as a solid foundation for transcosmos Vietnam to enter 2026 with confidence, resilience, and readiness to pursue higher goals.

Following the milestone event in Ho Chi Minh City, transcosmos Vietnam’s Year End Party 2025 series continued in Hanoi on January 30, 2026, welcoming more than 500 employees, bringing the Company’s year-end journey to a complete and meaningful close. Maintaining the same Tết-Stival spirit under the theme “From Heroic Gallop to Greater Glory,” the Hanoi event unfolded in a warm, connected, and reflective atmosphere.

In addition to the presence of the Board of Directors, the Year End Party 2025 in Hanoi was further distinguished by the attendance of Valued Clients and Partners who have accompanied transcosmos Vietnam for more than a decade. Their presence not only contributed to a dignified and connected atmosphere for the event, but also underscored the strong, enduring partnerships built on mutual trust and a shared vision for long-term growth in the years ahead.

Across the Year End Party 2025 events, the program officially commenced with a formal ceremony, including the opening performance, speeches from the Board of Directors, and a ceremonial toast to mark the beginning of the evening. A key highlight of Year End Party 2025 was the TCV Awards, where nearly 100 outstanding teams and individuals in Ho Chi Minh City, along with nearly 50 individuals and teams in Hanoi, were honored. Each award represented well-deserved recognition for consistent dedication, a strong sense of responsibility, proactive contributions, and long-term commitment throughout the year.

In addition to networking activities, mini-games, and the lucky draw, Year End Party 2025 was further highlighted by TCV Concert - the first-ever internal concert stage to be introduced. This new element brought a fresh dimension to the celebration, creating an impressive space where TCVers confidently stepped into the spotlight to showcase their individuality, energy, and team spirit. The concert added depth to the YEP 2025 experience, delivering moments that felt warm, youthful, and emotionally engaging for the entire TCV community.
