Senior Management Workshop 2025: “The Rules of Service Leadership”

On January 16, 2025, transcosmos Vietnam organized the Senior Management Workshop 2025: “The Rules of Service Leadership”, creating a dedicated space for Senior Management Team to engage in in-depth discussions, revisit strategic directions, and strengthen leadership capabilities in today’s business context.

Reinforcing Strategic Direction and Leadership Roles

The workshop opened with an overview of the program’s objectives and agenda, setting the foundation for a full day of meaningful exchanges. Senior Management Team revisited transcosmos’ Vision, Mission, and Core Values, aligning the critical role of leadership in embedding these values into daily management and operational practices.

Following the program, the Board of Directors shared insights into the market landscape, the current business model, and the Company’s development directions in the coming period. In addition, representatives from the Business Development Division presented an overview of the Company’s performance in 2025, highlighting key business achievements, as well as outlining strategic plans and priority objectives for 2026.

The presentations were closely connected to operational realities, providing Senior Management Team with a more comprehensive understanding of business performance, growth opportunities, and upcoming challenges, thereby supporting proactive leadership and effective decision-making for the next phase.

Through open and interactive discussions, the workshop encouraged leaders to share perspectives, exchange experiences, and explore ways to enhance collaboration, strengthen proactiveness, and foster stronger alignment across the organization.

Practical perspectives on management and operations

One of the highlights of the workshop was the expert-led discussion session under the theme “The Rules of Service Leadership”.
