In the joyful spirit of October - the month dedicated to honoring Vietnamese women - transcosmos Vietnam and the TCV Labour Union hosted a special event titled “Her Unique Hue”, exclusively for all female employees at both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices.

The event served as a heartfelt appreciation to the radiant “flowers” of TCV, offering a modern, emotional, and inspiring experience through the journey of discovering one’s personal colors and unique style.

With the goal of expressing gratitude and fostering connection on Vietnamese Women’s Day (October 20), “Her Unique Hue” was designed as a meaningful gift to all TCV women those who continuously contribute to the company’s success, embody resilience, and spread positive energy across transcosmos Vietnam.

When “Personal color” becomes a journey to self-discovery

Unlike traditional appreciation ceremonies, this year’s celebration took a creative and on-trend approach with a “Personal Color Analysis” workshop - a beauty and style-defining trend widely popular across Asia.

The concept was inspired by the Personal Consultation Workshop, a scientific method that helps individuals identify the palette best suited to their skin tone, hair, and eye color. According to this system, every woman belongs to one of four main “seasons”: Spring, Summer, Autumn, or Winter, each representing a distinct set of colors, moods, and personalities.

Through this idea, transcosmos Vietnam wished to convey a meaningful message: “Like the four seasons, every woman owns a unique color palette. Once she finds her true ‘season,’ she shines the brightest version of herself.”

The workshop was led by a professional color consultant trained and certified in Korea - a leading hub for beauty and fashion trends in Asia.

With in-depth expertise and a friendly approach, the consultant guided participants to better understand their skin undertones, key color palettes, and personal style. Using specialized tools, each attendee received an analysis of her “season” along with tailored advice on choosing wardrobe colors, accessories, and makeup that best highlight her natural beauty.

Celebrating Individuality - Spreading the TCV Spirit

The atmosphere was filled with laughter and excitement as TCV women enthusiastically experimented, asked questions, and shared their “season results” whether it was Radiant Spring, Elegant Summer, Warm Autumn, or Bold Winter.

At the end of the workshop, each participant received a personalized color palette card, noting her best tones, shades to avoid, and style suggestions to help her stay confident and shine in every moment.

Across both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, “Her Unique Hue” received warm and positive feedback from TCV’s female employees. Beyond beauty, the event empowered women to better understand themselves, embrace their individuality, and celebrate self-worth with love and confidence.
