Inspire & Aspire: Fostering a Culture of Learning and Growth at transcosmos Vietnam
With the goal of building a culture of continuous learning and people development, transcosmos Vietnam launched the Inspire & Aspire (I&A) series as a platform for knowledge sharing, inspiration, and employee connection. In May 2026, the program continued with the workshop “Real Talk from GEMBA” offering practical perspectives on the value of learning from mistakes and continuously improving at work.
Held on a monthly basis, Inspire & Aspire brings together internal speakers, guest experts, and employees from various divisions and business units to exchange insights on topics relevant to both work and life. The program not only supports personal development but also promotes transcosmos Vietnam’s three core values: Customer-oriented, Employee-oriented, and Professionalism.
Since its launch, Inspire & Aspire has received strong engagement from employees, attracting more than 250 participants through both onsite and online sessions. A variety of practical topics have been featured, including workshops such as “The Beauty of Professionalism” “Sit Smart – Live Strong” as well as sessions on mental well-being, career development, personal financial management, and building positive relationships.
Each session provides practical insights and creates opportunities for employees to learn, connect, and grow both professionally and personally.
Real Talk from GEMBA: Turning Mistakes into Opportunities for Growth
Continuing this journey, the May 2026 workshop, “Real Talk from GEMBA – Dare to Learn, Dare to Improve” created an open and engaging space to discuss a familiar yet often challenging topic in the workplace: mistakes and how to learn from them.
The workshop attracted participants from 3 divisions and 14 business units through both onsite and online formats, with the majority coming from Contact Center Divison.
Inspired by the concept of GEMBA, where challenges and opportunities for improvement are identified through real-world operations, the workshop encouraged participants to view mistakes from a more constructive perspective. Rather than seeing errors as something to avoid or hide, the program emphasized the importance of learning from real experiences, proactively identifying root causes, seeking solutions, and continuously improving work processes to achieve better results.
Through real-life stories, relatable workplace scenarios, and interactive discussions, participants had the opportunity to share experiences, reflect on workplace challenges, and explore new perspectives on growth mindset, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Practical Value Recognized by Participants
The workshop achieved an overall satisfaction score of 4.73 out of 5.0 and an NPS (Net Promoter Score) exceeding 70%, reflecting highly positive feedback from participants regarding both the content and overall experience.
Many attendees shared that the workshop provided fresh perspectives on learning from mistakes, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Participants also appreciated the speaker’s clear and engaging delivery style, as well as the practical examples that could be directly applied to their daily work. Interactive discussions throughout the session helped create an open learning environment that encouraged active participation and self-reflection.
Beyond knowledge sharing, the program also provided opportunities for employees to connect, learn from one another’s experiences, and foster a growth-oriented mindset together. This reflects one of the key objectives of Inspire & Aspire in cultivating a learning culture across transcosmos Vietnam.
